
BLUF: Ukraine’s military has begun using strike FPV quadcopters equipped with wings that provide additional lift and flight range, while the Russians have started mass-producing their own FPV drones for the same purpose. A detachable-wing system increases the cost of an FPV drone by about $25, or by $100 if more powerful motors are installed.
