Russia is stepping up its use of jet-powered drones in its attacks. The new jet-powered Geran reaches speeds of over 450 km/h, compared with around 180 km/h for the standard Shahed. However, the increase in speed reduces their range because fuel is consumed more quickly to sustain higher speeds.
